Public confidence in world leaders by country 2024

Confidence in Russian President Vladimir Putin was low in most Western countries and its affiliates. However, the picture is more mixed in countries in the Global South, with over 40 percent having confidence in Thailand, Kenya, and Tunisia, for instance. French President Emmanuel Macron received the highest approval ratings in the 34 countries surveyed.
